As the Apple Inc. chief executive mixed with the stars at last night’s Golden Globes, he found himself a bit lighter in the pocketbook. That is because his overall compensation fell by 26% last year, according to the company’s annual proxy statement filed Friday. That came from a drop in his annual cash bonus that is tied to the company’s revenue and operating income—both of which fell during the year, primarily due to the maturing iPhone business.
